Office relocation requires various preparation and arrangement. Urban Plan will consult with a customer at the first meeting to know their request, and we will show an estimated shedule, approximate quotation and upcoming steps, and we answer the customer’s concerns one by one and lead the relocation smoothly.

It depends on customer’s business type and office scale and design, but about 200-300㎡ of office relocation needs preparation of 3-4 months ahead. We will do our best to meet the customer’s need even if it is an urgent relocation, so feel free to consult with us.

Can you accept urgent relocation?

We have experienced many urgent relocations, so please consult with us. Urban Plan provides all services regarding relocation including design, construction and physical relocation, so it’s smoother than ordering to separate companies for each step and it saves time.

We deal with disposal of fixtures, garbage and confidential documents during the relocation. We can introduce a vender that purchases old furniture and fixtures, so feel free to consult with us.

We have consultation with the customer to know their requirements and run an on-site study of the current office, and we actually create a layout to check if we can meet the requirements. We can also suggest how an office can reduce waste, increase usability and keep secure at the time of disaster.
